- Let us know location for the embroidery [for example, left chest] and any preference as to dimensions.

If logo is being screenprinted
- You may send camera-ready art, graphic file, drawing, letterhead or etcetera.
- Send via email attachment, fax, or regular U.S. mail.
- Is logo-art available in "eps" graphical format [in a Mac Adobe Illustrator file]? If so, this will eliminate art charges.

If the logo or artwork you send us is in black-and-white, we will then need your specs detailing color(s) required. PMS [Pantone Matching System] color numbers are desirable, but not an essential!
Logo Facts
To have your logo imprinted on apparel or accessories, our digitizer takes the logo and produces it from scratch. This ensures the highest quality embroidery for all products Corporate Apparel Wholesale offers.
The only thing we will need from your company is something with your logo:
- camera-ready art
- letterhead
- a business card
- even a hand drawing!
If the art you send us is in black and white, we will then need some specs detailing the colors you wish to use for your logo. (PMS colors if possible)
What's a digitized logo?
So what's a digitized logo? Great digitizing is an artistic process of taking your logo and then computer-punching each individual stitch of your logo to ensure the embroidery on every type off garment and material will produce - without having loose stitches or puckering (which bunches up the garment).
Do I need a digitized logo?
In most cases when you want embroidered apparel, you will need your logo to be digitized. Many embroidery companies view the digital product - the disc - as their property, and they generally won't release it for use by other firms. But no problem. Our super-talented digitizer will repunch your logo to ensure the highest standard of quality!
Policy Regarding Digitized Logos
All artwork submitted by the client is the property of the client. And, while there is a fee charged for setting up and digitizing the artwork, the disc [digital file] on which the logo/artwork has been encoded remains the property of Corporate Apparel Unlimited and its apparel divisions. The digitized logo will remain on file with Corporate Apparel, available for future embroidery [and with no further digitizing charge when the same logo is used].
There is a one-time fee of $85 charged for digitizing each new logo. This fee covers a standard logo of 8,000 stiches or less; a higher stich count will result in additional cost. Your logo will stay on file and you will not be charged for future orders. If your company already has a disc with the digitized logo on file, please email this to us at Logos@CAWholesale.com and you will not be charged a digitizing fee.
